Performance Audio and Lighting Systems President and CEO is Jeff Michnal.

Performance is an eight-year-old production company, stemming from Jeff's nearly 30 years as a professional musician. With his extensive musical background, programming lighting and designing audio systems were a natural offshoot. Performance is one of the fastest-growing production companies in the State due to Jeff's keen business sense and insider knowledge.
